Any Bathroom fitters / Plumbers / Tilers on here

I'm hopefully gonna be completing on a flat in a week or so and will need a shower fitted and bathroom tiled - but it'll have to be done before I complete so maybe short notice - If any whoers out there can help out and need / want a bit of work mail me please - The flat will be near Redbridge Roundabout

I have a retention on the property as it was agreed that I would do the bathroom shower myself, but the twat I'm buying from told the surveyor that he'd get it done so a £5k retention has been slapped on....I either get the work done or try and get hold of £5k in a week or so
